Your feedback has led to two enhancements that will facilitate prompt deliveries of goods purchased through iO Procurement:
- Beginning in November, the Deliver To contact information on Purchase Orders now includes your Mail Stop and email address.
- As of February 7, 2025, Ship To addresses for all 18 of our punchout suppliers will also include both your Mail Stop and Rice location code.
Packages delivered through Rice’s Delivery Services will now include all necessary ‘Deliver To’ information, ensuring immediate improvements in delivery efficiency. This enhanced process eliminates the need for the delivery services team to manually look up missing details.
