Some iO users are running into the following error when submitting a requisition:
“The application can’t determine the supervisor hierarchy of the requester. (POR-2010778)”
It’s related to the HR line manager information for either the requester or the cost center manager (or project manager). Please send an email to HRIS@rice.edu or submit a Service Request to the HR section of the HR/Finance help desk.
