Be Prepared for a Potential UPS Strike

A potential United Parcel Service (UPS) strike on August 1, 2023 would mean a disruption to your courier pick up and delivery. If an agreement is not reached by Friday, July 28, we will invoke the following resiliency plans.

J.P. Morgan Check Print (Check Print Outsourcing and Access Checks)

If you are subscribed to UPS Next Day Shipping, you will be switched automatically to the equivalent FedEx Overnight Delivery Service:

  • There is no need for you to update your mailing instructions.
  • You will be billed a flat rate of $17 USD per package for the duration of the strike, which will be reflected, beginning with your August statement.
  • Our package tracking process will remain the same.

After the Strike

Once an agreement has been reached and UPS resumes operations, we will revert back to normal processes and fees. Please check UPS’ labor negotiations page for updates on the potential strike.
