NEB is excited to announce upcoming changes to their freight carrier!
Procurement Requesters are encouraged to add a flat fee of $34 to all NEB Purchase Requisitions totaling $350 (net) or less to cover shipping and handling.

Dear Valued Customers,
New England Biolabs, Inc. (NEB®) will transition to FedEx beginning on March 20th, 2023. There will be no changes to service levels or NEB’s Packaging, Shipping, and Delivery Policy, and are working closely with FedEx to minimize any disruption and ensure a smooth transition. With FedEx as our new partner, we remain committed to offering reliable and timely delivery of products with sustainability top of mind.
Our customers will continue to receive products the next day by 10:30 AM local time, provided orders are placed Monday through Friday by 7:30 PM ET. NEB will continue to waive all freight fees on orders greater than $350.00 net value; any order under this value will incur a flat fee of $34. Additionally, NEB now ships most of its products in a ClimaCell® Cooler, a 100% recyclable alternative to expanded polystyrene (EPS). ClimaCell is a paper-based insert that can maintain the required temperature conditions for our products’ delivery.
