We just received confirmation that the glitch has been corrected. Your expired message should no longer appear in the dashboard. If for whatever reason it does, please submit a help desk ticket in RT.

This message is being sent to all schools who participate in the ICUT Adobe ETLA Agreement.
The ICUT ETLA expires/renews today. You may being seeing / receiving messages from Adobe that your licenses have expired, but you can still use your applications for 7 more days.
Rice University’s renewal order has been received and is in process with Adobe. It’s our understanding our campus should experience no disruption in services while our order is in queue to process.
We apologize for any inconvenience/concern this is causing! I will be in frequent contact with Adobe throughout the day to ensure everything processes ASAP. In the interim please don’t hesitate to submit a Service Request in iO if you have any questions or concerns.
