Oracle has scheduled the 22C Quarterly Update of iO and transition to a new data center for next Friday night. The iO system, including all dashboards, will be down beginning at 9:00pm Friday, August 19th and will be back online by 8:00 am Sunday, August 21st following post-update validation.
During the outage, there will be no access to any iO functionality including Employee Self Service functionality such as payslips, web clock, time cards, expense reports, etc. Web Clock users will need to enter any missed in/out clockings onto their iO Time Card once the outage has ended.
